Lynn Wilson, Founder of CEW
Lynn is an early pioneer of the circular economy in Scotland starting out in the Circular Economy team at Zero Waste Scotland in 2013 until 2017 where she held the positions of Sector Manager, Textiles and Sector Manager, Manufacturing. She originally trained as a textile designer and has worked in education, industry and policy settings. Lynn is currently a full-time PhD candidate in the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow. The title of her PhD is 'Closing the Loop. Driving a Post-Consumer Clothing Circular Economy.
Lynn set up CEW as a platform to discuss the circular economy and offer training and support to consumers who would benefit most from understanding how rethinking our consumption habits can not only help the planet but make our household budgets stretch further.
